Why dont you set propeller on each end, beyond the propeller, add a vertical wing with pivot to stability in-flight mode. You'll have a single wing spinning on itself and able to fly vertical and horizontal.... I don't know if I'm been clear!

Great project, poor realization. You definitely need a lot bigger hydrofoil than you have. And this board seems like it needs some reinforcement too, like placing some solid plate over mast attachment point and under your foots' positions

Am running the 360KV Version 56114 Motors on this project with the dual stage system and the motor is rated for about 93 Amps and at full throttle it will draw about 120 Amps, in which I just dial the power down slightly and it works very well. Also, I'd highly recommend getting the V2 versions of these motors as SSS claims they are 8% more efficient.
